Won’t load past first screen
We have iOS 12.5, app says it’s supported but as soon as Adley’s goes into the popcorn spaceship screen goes white and app closes. Help!

My little sisters love adley they really like the game and they watch adley every time my mom lets them. they haven’t played the game in a while but they do love watching Adley and they want adley merch a lot. Thanks for keeping my little sisters happy while watching your vids.
Safari mode kicks us out
My daughter loves Adley and she watches her play this game and wants to do everything she does with the game. She was super excited about the Safari mode, but every time she tries to use it, the game kicks her out. We have tried freeing up space for the memory, it I am wondering if it could be the operating system or something else. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks!
