Easy to use and helpful for weight loss
This app has a whole person approach to health - how active am I?, what am I eating?, am I stressed?, did I sleep well last night? - all these questions are attended to in the app and then some. I actually get to have coaching sessions with a real person! They also have lessons, activities, and even relaxations I can listen to.
