  • Great concept but very annoying apps

    I had the opportunity to try GetGo when I was in Singapore for vacation and experience was not great. The app Bluetooth connection to lock and unlock is horrible and not reliable. So much wasting of time to end the app and restart again. I booked the car within is inside a underground garage and the app does not without signals and has to get support team to help and having to walk out to send chat and walked back to take photos which is a horrible experience. Support team is great and I booked EV car for most of my ride and it is annoying that you can only use 3 approved charging station. There is 1 since the same parking garage which is not approved. I hope they improve the app and get more RV charging station in the future.
  • You have to hope the service doesn’t go down

    If the service goes down, you can’t connect to anything including the car. So you have to hope it doesn’t because support is pretty much non-existent.
  • They will rip you off when they can

    I would say just use their vehicles at your own risk! I rented a very old car but really needed it to take my mom out, so didn’t think too much of it. The experience was terrible. Took a few times to lock the car, back up camera seems plugged and play by a third party and not originally installed. Duh since it’s that old. In returning the car I couldn’t see well through the camera and backed into a pillar. Getgo charged me way above market rate for damages that were already there prior to the trip. Something I could easily get quoted and worked with the owner outside of Getgo. Strong story short, the >4K that they charged has scarred me to this day and I’ll never rent from Getgo again, a company that wouldn’t even blink an eye on any chance to rip you off.
  • Minor glitch of the blue tooth

    I think it maybe an inherent problem with the Bluetooth system. When the phone was not connected with the car for a while, one would need to kill the app, reopen it and log on again to connect to the car. Not a major hassle once I got hold of the apps behavior.
  • One star for any app requiring an update to continue

    Please fix.
  • Lousy App

    After spending 70 mins trying o verify my face recognition … very disappointing rather book can or taxi. Waste my 2 hours of my family time and my life trying to rectify with the support for 70 mins. Stay Away!
  • app is broken

    every time it opens it says there’s a problem and please try again in a few minutes. it’s been like this through two updates. ridiculous.

    on top of this the service itself is adequate at best, with booked cars often not there and customer service slow to respond to issues.

    it was good when it started, but like most of these companies it has gone downhill fast.
