    Unhelpful app. Can’t set up autopay. Let’s you get 3 clicks in then decides you need to login. Not updated to current time of info for multiple things. Raising a maintenance ticket works but they can’t respond to troubleshoot or tell you why they haven’t shown up in 3 weeks. Just throughly not thought out and unhelpful. Developers don’t want to fix bugs. Blamed the user for “doing it wrong” with screenshots sent of X not working. :)

    The app is pretty clunky and the way our property uses it doesn’t actually show our rent bc of rent concessions, so we have to manually enter our rent amount every month.

  • Terrible and unhelpful

    The owners and developers are not here to help. I have been in contact and told that I’m in the wrong. Doesn’t let you set up auto pay. Deletes and “can’t find” transactions. Repeatedly deletes auto pay that is set up (via other means).
  • This software is a piece of garbage.

    It is bug ridden and requires constant updating and reinstalling. It’s a lousy company that handles these accounts charges a $270 processing fee for a credit card. The interface is so lousy that my bank invariably flags this as fraud when I try to make a payment with a credit card. Setting up auto pay rarely works and then the landlord contact me about a $500 late fee on top of the ridiculous processing fees. I hate these people, I hate this company and I’m so sorry that I signed a lease that requires me to use this worthless app.
