    Very bad bank and the support team is worse. I have been trying to access my account for 3 months and I cannot access it due to a problem with my Face ID. The support team did not help me with anything. When I visited them, they told me to wait for an unknown period. We cannot help you. By the way, I am not the only one facing this problem.

  • Best Banking Application

    Hi Greatest FIB team,

    I have been using this app since 2021, I as know because of my account number I’m one the first bank customers. It has been like 3 year I haven’t seen this app getting any problems every month I see they’ll update with good things and good benefits for customers.

    I hope to see FIB going to be on of the best international banks in worldwide because they deserve it.

    Thanks again for make easier some stuffs in our life.

  • Sync Contacts Issue on iOS

    Not first time, the application freezes in that point when you give the access from the setting
  • Can’t change number

    I cant change my phone number even i have applied and was pending then saying you are disabled from changing the number without anything and telling to make another trying after few hours and nothing happened
  • Extremely Disappointed with FIB Customer Support

    For over four months, I’ve been diligently sending emails, making phone calls+texts via WhatsApp to address an issue. Unfortunately, none of their support team members bothered to respond.
    The lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on FIB’s commitment to customer satisfaction. As a paying customer, I expected timely assistance and resolution, but it seems that FIB’s support team is either overwhelmed or simply indifferent.
    I understand that businesses can face challenges, but leaving a customer hanging for months without any acknowledgment or resolution is unacceptable. My frustration has reached a tipping point, and I can no longer recommend FIB to others.
    If you value your time and sanity, steer clear of FIB’s customer support. Their unresponsiveness is a disservice to their customers, and I regret ever relying on them.
    Remember that reviews are essential for other potential customers to make informed decisions. Hopefully, FIB takes note of this feedback and improves their support processes. 🙏

    کە ئەمەوێت زمانەکە بگۆڕم بۆ کوردی، ئەمباتە ناو ڕێکخستنەکانی تەلەفۆنەکەوە، بەڵام لەوێ کوردی تیا نییە. ئایا ئاپەکەتان زمانی کوردی تیا نییە؟

  • Inquire (in-app verification)

    What I want to mention is that during the transaction the code OTP is never arrived, even with a high cellular network (Korek). Why you are not using the major updates which let your customers confirm the transaction through the app and not using the Korek or whatever network we have. It's easier and faster and even more secure, because it uses customer's verification such as PIN code or face recognition or even a fingerprint. I live outside the Iraq and don't have the Korek with me, in that case, what shall I do?

  • Very good app and banking system

    It is easy to open an account with the app, easy to get a virtual card, easy to get all detail and use the card.
    Till now , no international transfer is available. Hope to add that to the app also.
  • High tax

    If you don’t follow up your account regularly, your money will be robbed. I purchased an online item and 1$ counted as 1.6 ID instead of 1.4 ! .

    When the seller refund your money, FIB will return only 85% of your money , not all of them !!

    Totally garbage for online shopping
