Error in app that cost me $$$
The scooters are okay. However, the application is terrible. I have lost ₴1000+ in the last couple months because I’m unable to end my ride. Most recently, the app would not let me end my ride because it said I was outside the parking zone, but I wasn’t. I was in the same place I always end my rides. I took screenshots to prove I was in the parking zone when I received the error. I also contacted support. They said it was resolved, but then my account was charged for 52 minutes when I only used it for 9. They did not refund me. The app is unreliable and the support is bad.
