Freezing problems

This app is horrible, it freezes continuously.
It’s impossible to watch anything.
No customer service.

Does not acknowledge the payment.

My mom wanted to watch the Turkish soap operas. I downloaded the app and did the payment. I tried opening the app and says; the general provider did not acknowledge your receipt. The payment went through, it shows on my bank statement. Disappointed, don’t waste your money!

Very Frustrating

Please provide the services sold. This Kanal D is being a complete challenge, a frustration and a lie. The money we paid for the subscription was easily taken, and real, we didn’t pay with songs, we paid in dollars. What is this? A game? Or what? I believe you knew that your series were incomplete, didn’t exist in the Kanal D, but were advertised, and come out disorderly. This is quite unfair an a dishonest manner to run your business.

This review is for the TV APP

Poor Quality TV App: Not Worth the Price or Your Time

For the price we are paying compared to other apps, this app is subpar. It lacks basic features such as settings, bookmarks, and the ability to automatically play episodes. There is also no option to create a favorites list, making it difficult to keep track of shows or episodes we enjoy. It seems like this app was hastily thrown together without the consumer in mind.

Furthermore, it's disappointing that the app caters to a Hispanic culture but doesn't deliver the quality that this community deserves. It's almost as if they don't think their customers are worth the effort. Well, I don't think this app is worth my money. I've decided to revoke my membership and take my business elsewhere.

Overall, I would not recommend this app to anyone looking for a quality streaming experience. There are better options out there that are worth your time and money.

Por el precio que estamos pagando en comparación con otras aplicaciones, esta aplicación es mediocre. Carece de funciones básicas como configuraciones, marcadores y la capacidad de reproducir automáticamente episodios. También no hay opción para crear una lista de favoritos, lo que hace difícil hacer seguimiento de los programas o episodios que disfrutamos. Parece que esta aplicación fue elaborada apresuradamente sin pensar en el consumidor.

Además, es decepcionante que la aplicación se dirija a una cultura hispana pero no ofrezca la calidad que esta comunidad merece. Es como si no consideraran que sus clientes valen el esfuerzo. Bueno, no creo que esta aplicación valga mi dinero. He decidido cancelar mi membresía y llevar mi negocio a otro lugar.

En general, no recomendaría esta aplicación a nadie que busque una experiencia de transmisión de calidad. Hay mejores opciones por ahí que valen su tiempo y dinero.

So many error and missed content on this app

I have been trying to watch Turkish Series over here, but some series isn’t complete is missing some chapter on it, like Fatmagül’ Ün Suçu Ne? and there’s some chapters is missed I tried to contact to customer support, but unfortunately they have no access to reach them, please 8 need your support in this issues if you really can fix it

Paid subscription not working

I paid $4.99 for a month to month plan but every time I try to watch any episode, it goes back to the subscription renewal page, when I press on my actual plan, it says that I have already paid for said plan and an error window pops. I have not being able to use the app at all and it has been 2 days since I paid for the subscription.
