Version 2.1 -The parallax effect for the background mountains finally makes sense when moving vertically -The red rocket's wheels no longer appear to be in front of the glass of the skyscraper -Progress can now be made on new quests that haven't been viewed in the quests menu yet -Rearranged the quest and settings buttons on the main menu to be more intuitive Thanks for playing!

In this update: -Fixed the skyscrapers properly this time -Pyramids no longer generate in a way that completely blocks the player --FROM 2.0.2-- Keep outpacing the missiles in this new update! Changes in this update: -Pyramids are now easier to scale -Skyscrapers have proper layering now -The time boost can no longer cause issues if the player crashes mid boost -The sounds in the quest menu now adjust to the player's settings correctly -Unlock quests can no longer appear for those who have unlocked everything -The background mountains now have a more complete range of motion -The background mountains also now appear in the main menu -Players can no longer skip the repair pause by accelerating -The repair pause has been cut in half to allow for a faster return to gameplay and that's all in this one. Thanks to everyone who's downloaded and enjoyed the game, in a few months the game's one year anniversary will arrive and I hope to add something special for the occasion.

Thanks for playing! Changes in this update: -Quests that track score function properly now -The background terrain will now adjust vertically as well (although it still isn't the greatest but it's better than it not moving, I'll continue to tweak this in the future).

Welcome to Red Rocket: Rat Race 2.0! This is the biggest update the game has seen yet! --QUESTS!-- Race to complete all 3 quests each day to earn coins and wrenches. --SHOP!-- Unlock 8 new skins and enjoy reduced prices on older skins. Also look out for two new wheels, bar speed which increases your speed the more boost you hold and anti-missile, which shield your car from the missile Additionally, players can find four new boost juice varieties to unlock (terraformer, chaff, fast time, and wild). --PLAY-- The game now features two beautiful mountains in the distance, giving the player more to look at than just the blue sky. Three new structures have also been added, one for each season, look out for those! Terrain generation has been made more randomized as well, this gives more variety to gameplay. --SETTINGS-- The settings menu is now scrollable on smaller devices to account for the new setting to flip controls. This setting swaps the movement button and the rotation buttons to the opposite sides of the screen. --MISC-- Players can now see their wrench count in the repair menu. There is now an option to purchase wrenches within the repair menu for players who have none left. The game will now remember the season in the main menu and carry it into the play session. A one-time tutorial has been added for the games controls. When a player hits a new high score, the high score text will now say "NEW HIGH SCORE" rather than displaying the current score a second time. Fixed issues with cancelling certain boost varieties early. Adjusted the size of the car to be slightly larger to make terrain more navigable. Implemented a new app icon that more closely represents the Red Rocket we all know and love from the game. Adjusted the appearance of the missile to be more cool. The missile will be more of a threat to players who slow down for long periods of time now. And that's all. 1.4.1 - Fixed a bug where cancelling a teleport or magnifier boost could lead to effect permanence. Also fixed a bug where hover car skins could appear to have wheels for a second when teleporting 1.4 - THE JUICES UPDATE!!! - explore 5 new breeds of boost juice in the shop! Each of these new juices change the canisters that can be found during play, also changing the effect of using them. Look for the new anti-gravity, mega can, teleport, magnifier, and stabilizer boost juices in the new juices tab of the shop! Also in this update: -Adjusted the spawn rate of coins to be more frequent -Fixed an issue where the total boost a player could collect could exceed 10 in specific cases Thanks for playing!
