0 players’ service, even on questionable emojis
Super fun games, lots of mini events in it, various alliances with nice or less nice people - but options to find your match.
Now, when you report something, moderators who reply on behalf of whoever created this game don’t really take it seriously, and I am pretty sure they don’t forward (on top of trying to minimise what you report… like your opinion is worth so little and they know better… not exactly customer friendly).
Some players are bullies, they gang up against other players to make their point, and there is little to be done about it (cf moderators part of my comment): that is very concerning and you should know before you join. They also have an emoji of someone slapping someone else in the face, which end up being used by complete strangers to other players - plain and simple aggressive - and that’s during chats between players. That’s not part of the gaming experience so it invites to violence: and according to the moderators “that’s not that much of a problem”. Well, in the UK, there is something called the law (existing laws and others to come soon) and that type of emoji clearly doesn’t promote healthy speech that the law aims at changing…
So all in all, fun game, 0 help from moderators, little protection from game’s moderators and creators in chats, 0 desire to promote and insure a healthy chat.
Also… very very very poor translation tool (and that can actually get funny!).

Poor moderation
After playing for over 2 years I’m still so disappointed by the lack of moderation. You can report bad language and it gets dealt with via temporary bans, but when something serious happens it’s very difficult to reach the game masters. For example there is a player who has been stalking other players by finding their personal info online and posting it in game, along with threats to their safety. Despite me and others reporting this player many times via the (inadequate) reporting mechanisms the player is still active on their multiple accounts. For the amount of revenue this game generates they must invest in better safety and moderation - proper reporting and escalation procedures.
The other issue is that if you block another player they can still see your posts (even if you can’t see theirs) - this is NOT how blocking should work.
Not enough being done to make this a truly safe playing environment.

Has no concern for player safety or how to take feedback
I began playing the game and only stayed around for the people I met in the game. The game itself has some amusements and the graphics are nice, but the events are monotonous, badly organized, the rules for them are unclear, and the majority of them now don’t incorporate the set of knights that you’ve been working on since you began the game. So all the money you invested in a strategy is pointless. If you can just pay to win a game of planting frogs.
But the most important part and the thing that I think people reading reviews should know is that the developers of this game have absolutely no concern for player safety. People will verbally harass, threaten physical violence, repeatedly, or doc someone with their personal information posted publicly. And the game only institutes a temporary mute sometimes. Never mind that all of that is against KC’s terms of service. Or implementing their own terms of service shouldn’t be a problem. But there have been peaceful riots for months, asking them to change their ways and make a concern effort Safety. We’ve gotten nowhere. I know people who have spent 10,000 who are now quitting because the game can’t figure out how to retain players. No one wants to deal with this anymore. My advice to you? Find a different game.
