I can’t even start this game on my iPad. It crashed in less than 3 seconds. That’s too bad. I enjoyed the first game and the first half of the second one before that one crashed too.Christine33333

Unplayable due to puzzle bug
People have been posting about the bug in the arrows puzzle on the door in the T-Rex room in the museum at the University of Oxford now for 6 months and it’s still not fixed! I wish I’d read the other reviews before I downloaded this because up until that point I was really enjoying this game. If you’ve already used your free skip gem then it’s impossible to complete the game as this particular puzzle can’t be solved. Please sort this out so I can return and give this game the rating it would deserve if it could actually be finished.Show lessRedMeerket63

I have the same glitch reported by several previous reviewers. Still unfixed despite replies from six months + ago promising to “look into it”. Given that you literally can’t progress because of it… we’ll it’s not good enough, is it? If it’s that tricky to fix then give all your players a few gem so they can skip it. If I can’t finish I can’t pay for the bonus chapter, can I? In short - I recommend skipping this game and save yourself the frustration of an unfinished story!Show lessLotus7947

I don’t end up completing a lot of this developers games as some of the puzzles are just tedious and you can only skip one with one Ruby. There’s no way I’m buying any! and other developers allow you to watch about 10 ads to skip a puzzle. I’m stuck here and having to quitFzzxp

Developers obviously have no interest in fixing the puzzle bug, so I deleted the game. Hey devs, stop telling people to contact support for a bug that’s been explained over and over. Just pull this game from the store.Spudlips
Unsolvable Bug
Like MANY others have mentioned, there's a bug about 3/4 of the way through so it's impossible to proceed. Developers haven't done anything about it in many months, so don't bother starting the game if you actually hope to finish.
Really disappointing because I had invested a lot of time in the game so far and was really enjoying it 🤷♀️Show lessan-13!

Same as the others cannot finish the University arrow lock game bug, cannot progress past, skip this game until that is fixed. Note: I have not tried the red crystal skip, I already used the free one, and don’t intend to pay to buy more for developer bug bypass.Virtual Andrew

My wife and I enjoyed this game right up until the point where we have to do the arrows puzzle in the dinosaur room in Oxford University then we came a cropper! Had we realised that this was still in the game we would never downloaded it, let alone started it. My wife fortunately hadn’t used her 1 skip crystal and was able to get past this obstacle and finish the game. Me, on the other hand had accidentally used it earlier so no longer had one available to use. Until then we were enjoying it. Maybe we’ll come back to it when the bug has been eradicated.
UPDATE: The developer has responded to my review asking me to contact their support team, which in itself is what one would expect.
However, the bug I highlighted was first reported 6 months ago by another user and many others and it still hasn’t been resolved, which to my mind indicates that they are more interested in cashing in on the in-app purchases than anything else.
Had they fixed the issue, I’m sure many of us may have put our hands in our digital pockets and paid for something within the game, but not for a way through the obvious glitchy problem.Show lessCas1701

I ran into this puzzle and tried everything until I finally came in here to see if anyone else had this issue. Sure enough there it is bunch of people running into this unsolvable puzzle because of a bug in the game. This has been ongoing for a while and has not been fixed. Unless you have gems which you have to purchase you will not be able to finish this game. Up until that point it was done really well and another excellent game by them but they need to fix this bug and if they do I will come back and edit my rating.Show lessMomma_Smed
