Improves my day
I’ve never paid this much for an app but it has been worth it. There is a ton of good stuff on the app. I use the chakra realignment, many of the guided meditations, and the steps meditations. I can feel my body relaxing and my mind chilling out every time. The music is cool and I love the guide’s voice. Truly life-changing!

This APP has everything you need for Mindfulness!
I’ve never been able to find an app that includes everything that this one does! The calendar schedule to track your meditations is great and I LOVE that you can choose the frequency on the sounds! It’s super educational as well and gives a ton of resources and feedback in the community area! The guided meditations are amazing and I love the natural sounds as well - really great to fall asleep to after an evening meditation!

Exactly what I need
I’ve been there manyyy different variations, apps, YouTubes, etc of different types and styles of meditation. I go to this app every time now, outside of silent meditations. This app brings a whole full experience of exactly what I’m looking for, and can clearly tell the quality + sounds was designed very purposefully 🙌🏽🙏🏽From specific energetic guided meditations, to only having quality sounds. I also love how each variety of meditation comes with a specific frequency you can choose for the outcome you’re looking for. Absolutely love this, thank you Mila for your extraordinary creation to the world!

The BEST Sound Meditation app by far
I’ve been meditating daily for more than 20 years. I sometimes use apps to supplement my Practice. I’ve tried them all. This app is absolutely the best sound bath/binaural beats app on the market. I’ve integrated it into my twice-daily practice and can feel a shift in my focus, and in my sleep. The selection is extensive. The guided meditations provide support for all levels of Practice. Whatever your meditation/mindfulness practice is, this app will become an integral part.

Life changing
I’ve been using the app for about a month now, and it is by far the best meditation app I’ve ever used. It’s educational, offers guidance, clarity, and helps me pick the right meditation for what I may need that day. Overall 10/10. Highly recommend whether you’re a beginner or seasoned practitioner.

I’m OBSESSED
Over the past year I’ve been trying to pick up mediation and I just couldn't stick to it. I don’t know if it was the other apps I tried or my methods but now that I found Youtunein… I’m obsessed. I can’t go a day without it or I feel like my vibe is completely off! If you’re someone that’s struggled to develop a habit of meditation, give this app a chance cause I promise it won’t let you down!
