The LTWcare app is an LTWcare® module that enables you to maintain a complete overview of the system's current activities, any time and anywhere.
The connection is established via the TÜViT-certified LTWcare certconnect connection and meets the highest standards in IT security.

Key performance indicators (KPIs)
"Never lose track of the system status."
The most important key performance indicators (KPIs) for your system are displayed clearly on an overview page that can be configured to meet your specific needs. Historic data can be displayed in addition to the latest values so that you never lose track of the current status of your system.
Setting up limit values
"Identify problems before there is a risk of systems going down."
If you want to be notified of certain events, such as if a fault occurs, you can arrange this conveniently by setting up limit values. This enables you to react quickly to any problems your system may have – before there is a risk of any systems going down.
Service requests
"Alert LTW Support quickly and easily."
In the event of a fault, you can create a service request to alert the LTW Customer Care Center directly and enable LTW to connect to your system remotely. There is also the option to view and comment on existing requests, which makes the service process quick, efficient, and easy. This can significantly reduce the amount of time lost to downtime.
Maintenance
"Always informed of maintenance in good time."
Maintenance intervals are defined by LTW on request and made available in the app. You will receive a notification in the app ahead of your next maintenance date, enabling you to prepare your resource and production planning accordingly. If you require unscheduled maintenance, you can simply request this via the app.
Documentation

Thanks to the LTWcare app, you have the documentation right where you need it – at the machine or system itself. LTWcare® ensures that documents are always up to date, making out-of-date documentation a thing of the past. Time spent on organization and maintenance of system documentation can be significantly reduced too.
