Hate that I have to use this app for work
Incredibly unreliable app. Possibly the worst messaging app I’ve ever used. Only reason I’m stuck with it is because I use it for work. Don’t download.Toby Rodriguez
It will not even work on my phone.
About a year ago, this used to work just fine. Now they don’t send links for password reset or to log on. The sign in on the all keeps prompting me to check my email. I click the link and then there is an error. It asks me to use my same mobile device. I have been using my mobile device. This prompt is a viscous “spiral of death” tech cycle. This app has been an ineffective barrier to work with incoming business texts on my mobile devices. I’d recommend finding another interface unless you like frustration.Show lesstinarydes
Logging in is impossible
To log in, I have to get a link sent to my email every time. But then when I click the link- it opens up my browser not the app. Regardless I follow the instructions just to be sent back to the login page and the cycle begins again….
Please fix this. It’s been months with the same issue…WD1992_
Log in issue
Ever since the update I haven’t had access to log in to my account the only way to get access is through my computer browser this is a real pain so to me need to use this for workYesitsHimagain
Can’t Reset Password
Can you update the app to remove the “Forgot Password?” button? It doesn’t work, even if you do it through the website. Maybe hire some people who know what they’re doing.rfdvfdgjh
I can’t create an account
I have try to create an account on my iOS phone but it not going all it show is just login no place or icon show to create new account whyzoo😏🧐🥳
I wish I could make this less stars
To save time I will instead say what I like about this app rather than what’s bad:
-it will tell you if the text you are sending is too long
I was going to put “it texts” but it doesn’t even really do that. Look elsewhereCryingKiwi

I have this app for my company and its very glitches and you have to refresh it to see new messages both on my computer and phone

Lacking still
While this is better then previous versions in most aspects. There is still some major improvements needed. For one I can no longer access campaigns through the app. It is listed but I click on it and it doesn’t go anywhere. The other huge annoyance is I can’t close texts off on the app anymore.. why? That in itself is a huge downfall, the old version let me do both.Show lessKdweaver
