  • Revolutionizing Fitness: How the Arena Workout Platform Redefines Home Exercise

I started using the Arena workout platform, and I'm thoroughly impressed. It's like having an entire gym in one convenient, portable form factor. What's fantastic is that it comes with all the necessary weights, eliminating the need for any additional equipment. The workouts are easy to navigate and fun, keeping me engaged and motivated. I love that there's no need for rep counting or exercise planning; the platform takes care of all that. The materials used are high quality, ensuring durability and a premium feel. No gym membership is required. This platform is a game-changer for anyone looking to simplify their fitness routine without compromising quality or variety. The absolute best feature is that you don't have to go back and forth to the weight rack or hope what you're looking for is there. I even change weights during a set sometimes. Try doing that conveniently in a gym.

  • Missing Workouts

I am pleased overall with the equipment, however the app itself is missing some components. The 10 minute workout field is empty and I feel like there should be more programs besides a runners program and prenatal program. A beginners program would be a nice edition.
  • love it, needs app features

Love the device, app is solid but need to be able to create and save your own workout sequences from the app exercise library.
  • App doesn’t pair with device

My app will only occasionally connect with my device.
Most of the time I can’t get it to recognize my device. I have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and still have trouble. When I try to scan my device it will process for 30 seconds and take me back to the page to scan it again. I’ve tried on multiple phones and iPads and it won’t scan.
I’m not able to use my device because of this, which is frustrating; particularly because it’s so expensive.

  • SO GOOD!!!

This is what I’ve been missing. Strength training anywhere, no need for dumbbells, big squat racks, etc. Such a great all-in-one product.
  • Next. Level.

From the moment it arrive it was like opening an Apple product. Great packaging, even comes with a cool duffel bag with all the accessories inside! (Which are included with the unit). Set-up couldn’t be more simple and fast. First workout had me wanting to do another immediately after. So good!
  • Great for strength training!

Wanted to focus on strength training in my
workouts and I am loving the arena. It really
delivers in giving a great workout and takes up
so little space - great addition for
working out at home. I really like that I can
easily adjust the weight levels during my
workout. The App is easy to use, workouts are
challenging and being able to go at my own
pace rather than an instructors is a plus. Highly

  • Really Convenient

Great replacement for having to commute to the gym each morning. I can just turn it on and go, picking from one of their workouts or just building my own in freestyle mode. The app gives you a good overview of the exercises included in the workouts they suggest, with example videos and everything, but you can listen to your own music rather than have an instructor constantly speaking.

  • Top notch app + product

Love the arena app. Super user friendly and great interface. Best workout tool for the leader in mobile smart gym tech. Let’s go!!
  • Amazing

Hope this finds everyone well. I have had my arena for 2 days now and it is already a staple of my training.

The app as a whole does what it needs to do. Below are a few features that I would use regularly and feel this will offer my versatility to the arena.

    1. Have the app and arena connect automatically after initial setup. I have to scan the QR code every time it is powered off and on.

    2. Ability to create my workouts templates so I can track my progress. Currently, I track everything through another app. I also own functional therapy practice and would like to test/ track the client's strength on curtain movements using the arena.

    3. Visual representation of volume lifted from during an active workout.

    4. Not sure if this app or device. Any way to add Overcoming isometric hold for 10 to 15 then allows weight to drop to a prescribed weight.
Example: set the virtual rack to the weakest portion of my deadlift. Lock or set the weight so that I am unable to move. Attempt to lift the unmovable weight for 10 to 15 secs.
Once hold is complete allow cable to retracted and auto set the weight to half of my 1RM for 6-10 reps.
Thought it would be a cool feature to have.

Thanks for you time and a wonderful product. Excited to see what y’all accomplish.
