Sorry for the inconvenience that happened to you in this game. We have noticed your issue. Can you share extra details like "level number", "exact place" where you have been facing the error? So, that it will be easier to sort your issues.

Thanks for your reply but no, very often they don’t work. (It’s doing it again atm). My internet is always fine at those times, we’ve checked. It happens at different levels, not just one. The one game I can remember in particular where the things just disappeared (many times) was the one where you order the vases in the grid, the bottom ones starting with roman numerals for setting up the rest of it. It was the same tile each time, top right as far as I can remember now. It actually did work the next day though.
