Frustrating
I have been playing this game for a short time and am already really frustrated because of all the ads. I can understand there being an ad every so often but having to watch an ad after every game and while your in the middle of a game is really ridiculous! ADS don’t get removed after paying to remove them

Enjoyable game
Fix the adds, I understand u need to run adds, but the keep freezing and after reloading the game couple of times u don’t wanna play anymoreDisturbedReality
Increasingly dissatisfied
I have played this game for a long time and paid for ad free. Recent updates removed some of rewards I spent a lot of time earning. They have also introduced in-app ads to try to get you to spend money - a work-around for external advertising I guess but as I PAID for ad-free still not appreciated.Wme241

Like most games of this ilk, well presented and great to play, APART FROM THE ADS.
An easy way round it is to switch off you internet connection and play on!!!chaddle21
FIX IT
I loved this game so much I bought the ad free version. But the rules have changed and it ticks me off every time it happens. You give seven empty boxes to fill to make a match. However the game only allows you to use 6. Used to as long as you had two like objects with all six boxes filled, you could use the free match to fill the seventh box to clear those off. Now it just throws up a random object and game over. Either remove the seventh box or fix it so it can be used! btw I never write reviews but i’m ticked off I paid for something and the rules changed - and not for the better imoShow lessmimi8795
Lots of Fun But…
Agree with previous reviews. I paid to have ads removed and the only ads that were removed were mid-game ads. I spent months building coins, hints and time freezes and they removed them all!!! What a waste!!mensadensa
Total Misrepresentation
I enjoy playing this game and could even manage the ads that pop up after completing a level. Recently, however, you have to withstand two or three ads to simply get to the end of a level and claim your coins. This prompted me to pay to have the ads removed, which I’ve never done with another game, but I decided to with this game because I do enjoy it and play it so often. My issue is that the ads have NOT been removed. There are fewer (it’s back to the “normal” one per level) but they are not gone. This is completely unacceptable and really frustrating. I’ve also emailed and gotten ZERO response. Considering deleting the game altogether. Rating would be a four or five stars for the game itself, but the lack of customer service and the misleading impression that paying removes ads, when it actually doesn’t, make it a one star review.Show lessARC713
Awful update - they literally stole earned awards
What’s going on?? You’ve ruined a once-great game. In the latest update you took away the “clock freeze” power-ups! I had accumulated a bunch and now the whole power up category is GONE! And you’ve added some stupid fan power up - without any notice of explanation or information. This game is supposed to be fun, these changes (in addition to the INCREDIBLY intrusive and excessive ads) is making this game just frustrating - actively looking thru the many similar matching apps for a replacement game.Show lessOrion35244
