I enjoyed watching some of the Satra shows on YouTube and decided to download the app. I can’t get past the OTP/SMS screen.
I set the country code as US, +1, and enter my mobile number but then it keeps asking me to authenticate and then I get a “OTP limit reached” and then “a type string is not a subtype of int of index”, very frustrating since I can’t even pay to watch the content!!!

Requires your phone number and monthly payment method to use the app. No free episodes. Also I see some have problems trying to cancel their subscription.
Should show which episode is the end

The app is good but I would like to recommend the app should show how many the episodes have and which one is the end one .
One more thing my iPad IOS 13.3 can not open the app .

Can’t pay with Apple IAP
The app has option to pay using Apple IAP, but I couldn’t pay with it. The message said the payment is completed, but the function doesn’t unlock.

Error need HELP.
Previously has a subscription was canceled. I repurchased the subscription and attempted to link it to Apple Store but my phone screen goes black and I can’t view any of the content. I really need help! Pls.
Keeps showing errors and when it plays there’s no english subtitles
I love the films and shows, I would have given 5 stars but since I subscribed I always get error messages and when it finally works I don’t get an English subtitles. Please fix this issue. Thank you
