Buy high quality red-cyan anaglyph glasses that are not easily scratched or clouded. Adjust the screen colors in the app settings so that each eye can only see the elements designated for it. Allow a few minutes for the eyes to get used to the glasses. Spend 10 to 15 minutes a day with the exercises.
