This app makes it very convenient for me to get properties directly from the OTC list. I’m currently at 33 doors and looking to get 100. I’m sure this will be the app to help me accomplish that goal! @taxdeedwolf

Great app
This app is a great addition to my research toolkit. It’s simple and easy to navigate. I can find out exactly where the parcel is and get some google street views of it with just a few clicks. Definitely worth the money.
