Oh that's no good! You can contact me via the support email which you can find by long pressing the app icon (the app icon you see when you have closed the app). Alternatively, tap the wheel button in the top right corner of the Home Screen and choose 'About'. The support email is in there also. Generally happy with this app except AI
So lots of frustration with the AI part recently.
I don’t want to risk paying extra for an AI reading only to have that not work too.
So worthless for me for the AI part right now. I liked it when it did work.
So I removed a star for malfunctioning AI. Gave four stars since it worked for a while and the rest is fine.
Other than malfunctioning AI, it’s a good tarot app. Classic cards. Several choices for layouts. Decent definitions. Thanks.

Sorry to hear you were having trouble! Yes, people using the app versions 2.8.4 through 3.1 stopped receiving AI readings on about July 14, and needed to update the app to the latest version in order to continue receiving readings. Apologies but I had no way to communicate this, other than to provide the new version on the App Store. (For future reference, in your phone settings you can enable automatic updates.) Also apologies that you didn’t receive your day’s free reading on the day you updated — that is a little bug that I was not aware of (& thanks for pointing it out!) It sounds like you should now be receiving your daily reading from the following day onward though. Please write to me at the support email, if you don’t mind, to let me know that all is working for you now. Thank you so much for using my app and I appreciate your patience!

As Don Webb writes, you can use any oracle that you like, but you must trust it, and pretend that consulting it is like consulting, a high-powered attorney and costs you a great deal of money, each time - so consulting it over and over again for the same question is unproductive. I have had countless reliable readings. And I have had countless readings that make no sense.
I use this when I am in a pinch and can’t trust my intuition. Very good app. Four stars.

Hello F¡LLy! Thanks for taking the time to review! I designed Tarot Simple to function the same way as a physical deck of cards. So you shuffle, and deal, flip the cards over, and interpret them yourself. (More recently I have added an available AI interpretation, but you are still free also to interpret the cards yourself. I encourage people to do this, for the sake of their own learning.) Yes I have used a random number generator to provide the result of the shuffle, and I know there is debate in the tarot community over whether it is possible to access the spirit or the magic in this way. In my code, the cards are actually selected at the moment that the user stops the shuffle — and so this is the same imo as when the user of physical cards decides to stop shuffling. Shuffle with intention while focusing on your question and you will receive the cards whether physical or in the app. About accuracy, I would say also that as with physical cards, not all readings will resonate with you. I sometimes look for some ‘confirming’ card in the reading (that tells me what I already know) and then I can consider the whole reading is valid. But as with physical cards, if the whole thing is off, maybe I am not feeling it and there is no harm in trying again or trying later. As a long time tarot student and practitioner, I have put my tarot understanding and philosophy into this app. I am glad you are getting use of it and I appreciate your feedback!

Hi thanks for reviewing! Yes, apologies, I have taken the Plus version off the app store as I am phasing it out. The free app now incorrectly refers to the plus version, but I’ll fix that on the next update. Upcoming version 3.1 of the FREE app will include a 'remove ads' option. Adding the 'remove ads' option to the free version will make Plus redundant, as the only purpose of Plus was to provide an ad-free alternative, and I am trying to streamline my maintenance workload and minimize duplication of effort. In the meantime, sorry about the ads! But, thanks so much for using the free app, I really appreciate it. Hope you will enjoy the upcoming update, version 3.0, which has some pretty cool new features! As always I am open to your feedback.
