It encourages you to download an app. Which simply doesn’t work.
I actually got a video pop up once of a woman giving information. With no sound. Otherwise it was stuck on Start tour.
Enjoy the aquarium. Don’t waste time on the app.

Complete waste of time
The app needs reliable WiFi to work - their WiFi doesn’t work so I’d give it a miss and save the time I wasted trying to get connected and download the app to simply get in faster. Most of the displays have information on the fish with screens that are by each exhibit and they are in multiple languages. Look at the actual fish rather than the app. They’re much more interesting.

No voice
Download to an iPhone XS Max and the voice would not come on. I can view the video but without voice :( can you look into it?
