Sending in information
It’s really hard to get reimbursed. I send copy of amount taken out checking account and note that says what it’s for. It seems like something goes wrong when I attach receipt and add documentation note. It doesn’t always work because I get denied. It’s been at least 6 times if not more. Very poor system and am not pleased with the once a month deposit. I worked many years for my benefits and I feel you are holding my funds hostage. I have bills to pay too! Donna Serbus
