This version introduces a brand new mental health page, giving you access to educational resources, exclusive mental health-themed stickers, and a fresh feature: Breath Sessions. Take a guided breath session before journaling to help set a calm and mindful mood. Looking ahead, get ready for some spooky surprises coming up for Halloween. And as many of you have asked for it, I’m working on new stickers and an option to import your own—so you’ll always have the perfect sticker for every mood and moment.
