Sometimes app connects to bed and sometimes not. Response time from button push to action is slow.MN012

Each time I go into the app, I have to scan for my bed every time. Sometimes the app does not work at all or will not successfully connect.Nicolete66

I have 2 twin xl clarity 2 with 1 king mattress on them. The app will only control 1 bed. The remote for bed controls both so not understanding why app won’t do it.vela8088
