Queue Mode will allow technicians to view work orders assigned to them in order of ranking, so you always know which work orders your service manager wants you to work on first. The technician must be changed in Altura from a schedule technician to a queue technician for the queue menu to appear in Service Logistics Go. Work orders assigned to technicians using the Schedule Mode will only be displayed in the schedule menu. Scheduled work orders will no longer be displayed in the jobs menu. Technicians can view scheduled work orders for current and past dates in the schedule menu. View part information for parts added to a work order, including part number, part description, part manufacturer, and quantity in the Instruction and Parts Menu. Technicians can now request parts to be added to a work order via email using the "Parts Request" function in the Instructions and Parts Menu
