Once you collect all the puzzle pieces and are one piece away from every prize they will never you a puzzle piece ever again. You can still collect them in all the games and watch ads for them but they will either do nothing or say network error. As far as the cash goes, you have to have at least $200 to cash out. Once you hit 150.00 you will only get one penny for every 50 levels of any game on the app.
