Version 8.0 contains many bug fixes and improvements to enhance the user experience and improve the app’s stability and performance, including the following: • Reservations are now available for communities that offer online amenity booking. • The new Reservations screens can be accessed from the menu. • View the details of amenities, view the availability, and complete a reservation booking. • View and manage your reservation history. • The Board Work Order screen now displays all work orders with any “open” status type. • Improved the Board Action Items screen so the layout is not impacted by zooming. • Performance improvements. • Bug Fixes and UI Improvements.

Version 7.11 contains many bug fixes and improvements to enhance the user experience and improve the app’s stability and performance, including the following: • You can now select to view a homeowner’s future balance (if available), as well as current balance, from the homeowner dashboard. • Improved the layout of the Calendar screen to ensure that more information is easily visible. • Fixed an issue where empty document folders were appearing on the Documents screen. • Fixed an issue where the yellow icon indicating unread notes was not appearing on the Notes tab of the Board ACC Review screen. • Fixed an issue with duplicate work orders being created when a user tapped the Submit button more than once. • Fixed an issue with information being cut off on the Transaction Completed screen for eChecks and credit card payments.

Version 7.10 contains many bug fixes and improvements to enhance the user experience and improve the app’s stability and performance, including the following: • PDF attachments now open from within the app (as opposed to downloading and opening in a different PDF viewer). • Redesigned the Board Work Order screen to make more work order records visible. The design change includes a search bar, quick filters for Open/All Work Orders, and a new button to open filter preferences. • Redesigned the Board Accounts Receivable screen to make more items visible. The design change includes a search bar and a new button to open filter preferences. • Document icons now appear as a branded color. • Added a character counter to text fields for notes throughout the app. • The Save button now appears below the text field on all Notes screens throughout the app. • Required Note fields now display a green border to indicate a valid entry and red when incomplete. • Fixed an issue with tabs not appearing on the ACC Review Details screen. • Fixed an issue with the Status on the Board ACC Review Details screen being cut off on certain screens.

Your homeowner and board app has been rewritten from the ground-up to provide you the best experience to interface with your community association. This update improves the app’s performance and lays the groundwork for many new features and enhancements releasing over the next year. In addition, version 7.8.1 includes numerous bug fixes and the following enhancements: • You can now log in with Touch/Face ID. You will be prompted to enable this upon logging in after the update. The biometrics settings can be managed on the Login Preferences screen under My Profile. • Push notification support for new messages in the Message Center. • Added Owner/Tenant options to the Registration screen. • The main menu can now be accessed from a menu button in the bottom right. Previously it was accessed from a hamburger menu in the top left. • Preferences settings on the My Profile screen. • You can now access on-demand answers to Frequently Asked Questions compiled by your association. • Photos can now be uploaded from additional apps and locations instead of only from the photo gallery and camera. • The one-time payment screen now shows the Balance Due. • Address on the My Profile screen now appears on multiple lines, making it easier to see unit numbers and long addresses. • Added a character counter on text fields for notes. • Removed the trash can and edit icons from the Recurring Payments screen. You can now tap into a recurring payment to edit or delete it. • Added text wrapping to the Details field for the Contact Us screen so that all text remains visible without the need to scroll. • UI improvements and bug fixes.
