Needs Improvement on Mobile
This product shows great potential, especially with its efficient desktop version. However, the iPad and iPhone versions fall short in terms of performance, making it hard to justify the Β£120 annual cost for what feels like an unfinished product. With further improvements, this could be an excellent investment, but itβs not quite there yet.

Not syncing
The calendar isnβt syncing, from my Mac to my iPhone
Overpriced for what it is
Probably some features that don't even have a use case.
this app is a calendar on crack
the parallax effect is insane. the devs cooked with this one.
HORRIBLE Customer Serviceβ¦non existent!
Iβve emailed dozens of times and have yet to get a reply as to how to connect my Gmail calendar to the birthday widget so that the widget displays anyoneβs birthday but my own, and crickets. At the very least have some sort of documentation for the different functions. And how about instead of a seemingly useless feedback portal you integrate some type of customer service contact instead. Iβve been paying for the pro subscription since launch, and emailing asking for help with the widget since then as well. Why is functionality that is widely advertised so incredibly hard to figure out how to make work?!? This app is a scam.

Slow and Unfocused Devopment
Amie's handling of the long-awaited Apple Calendar integration has been utterly disappointing and unacceptable. Despite assurances since the public release, the company has repeatedly missed deadlines and pushed back the rollout of this crucial feature, which it is now restricting it to paid subscribers. While resources have been allocated to introduce various other functionalities, it is evident that Amie prioritizes the CEO's personal wants over addressing the genuine needs and feedback of its user base.
This blatant disregard for their users along with their hollow promises has irreparably damaged Amie's credibility. The constant delays on a key promised feature and the company's apparent indifference towards its users that require said feature have left me no choice but to abandon the app altogether. Amie's approach to feature rollouts and utter lack of consistency and follow through is gravely disappointing. It is a regrettable outcome for an application that once held such promising potential.

Please repeating tasks!! π
Iβve tried almost all the current day planners that are good for personal use (as opposed to ones geared for teams) and I really like Amie. Fun details, enjoyable UI on both desktop/web and mobile(they clearly took a lesson from Things). REALLY needs repeating tasks and iPad and Apple Watch versions. Everything is fast and fluid, but bugs persist. When I reschedule tasks dates will change back. Sometimes the Today list will show 0 tasks when there are tasks. Room to improve but Iβm hopeful.

killed widgets for free users with update
A big requirement I have out of my calendar app is a nice home screen widget, and was a big reason I chose Amie.
With a forced update they have removed this feature (perhaps moved it to paid?) and consequently lost a user.
Great looking but sometimes odd to use UI, sometimes slow interfacing, and a mediocre product.
