Questionable App Purpose
This app seems to be fairly well polished, especially for a UFO app. It’s a far cry from the early internet UFO forums and maps. The developers seem to be on a major marketing push currently, trying to sell it at music festivals and Reddit interviews. But a few things don’t sit right with me as a user. This app has some glaring BIG issues for usefulness. The rating system for sighting quality has no explanation and many obvious low-quality posts seem to be highly rated. Also, users can post sightings in the FUTURE?? I’m reading posts dates to two months from now. Why not fix this?? This app will not catch on in a community of individuals used to being pandered and lied to if these obvious issues persist. This, along with the required entry of personal phone or email info for no apparent reason is seemingly completely unnecessary and feels like a cash grab for selling user data, with little support to actually making the app better. Good app, bo activity since June 25th
Wondering why there’s been no activity since June 25th, I enjoy checking everyday because there’s usually 3-7 new posts. However there hasn’t been one since June 25thSkypedude

Immediately uninstalled after seeing those data permissions! Also, very shady responses on their Reddit AMA. This app appears to be a vehicle for the devs to simply sell user data for profit more than anything else. Beware!Anon17395

This may have an ulterior motive: to draw people in with a sensational subject, and sell data to marketers. It may be bait like a lot of things online. God knows we have more than enough telemarketing and money-grubbers bothering us.Master J@ck

Not clear how to register!
How do you register to use the app? The app wants me to login with a username and password after asking for my phone number. But I can’t figure out how set up a user account. No apparent path to register in the menu via the app. And no apparent means to setup a user account on the website either. No apparent way to contact support for a solution to this specific issue. I had hoped this app would make sighting data available to the public. But perhaps the only way to open a user account is to report a sighting. Who knows? This is deeply fascinating stuff. And I’d really like to demo the app. I do wish someone at Enigma Labs would do a better job of explaining what this app has to offer the user other than a means to report. And please include some instruction for setting up a user account.BuffaloShrimp
Limited usability
Seems like a toy set up for the purpose of collecting UFO reports for the company. The available information on sightings only gives the option of sorting by date, not location. I’m also uncomfortable with what data is collected by the app and how it might be used by 3rd parties. Deleted it after a few minutes of disappointment.Another-Friedman
