Pathetic Customer Service
I've been using the Gigl app and I must say, the summaries are quite good. However, there's a significant issue that needs to be addressed. As a premium member, I've faced problems with the service and despite writing several emails, I have received no response. The customer service is unfortunately pathetic. They are quick to respond when it's time to charge you, but when there's an issue, they are least bothered.
To the owner or admin of the Gigl app, it's time to wake up and improve your customer service. Give some value to your clients. I will be emailing you twice a month until my issue is resolved. We live in a first world country and prefer peaceful ways to resolve our issues, and I believe this is the best way to go about it.Show lessMFRaza

Fake subscription
I paid for yearly subscription but app is still running on free version when try to contact for issue just received an email by saying to provide them contact no and after providing them mobile Number it’s almost a week now no one reply so be care full guys make sure don’t waste your time and money. Great but not flexible
Great app i have to say. But if i listen to one audiobook and try to continue i have to remember the episode and time i left which is next to impossible. So if you could add continue listening option it would be easier to continue where i left.ongxiri sherpa
