With a 1.6 star rating, it should tell the developers something.
The app is poorly designed, the JuiceBox chargers are poorly designed and while the customer service reps are professional and polite, the company does not properly support them.
People that use load sharing are left in the dark, they have been promising an update for load sharing for months. As it stands right now, we cannot plug both vehicles in at the same time without tripping the circuit breaker.
I purchased this product as my circuit panel is full, the company states it provides load sharing but it does not work and they wonโt provide a full refund, nor will they allow me to talk with a manager.

Horrible App
Had the EV Juicenet App with my JuiceBox40
Everything worked just fine
Tried to use it today and was forced to migrate to XWay
I lost all data and vehicules that i had in The original App
Also, cannot add phone number as text message to activate my phone number in the new app never gets received
How can a company like Enel deploy an app that does not work!!

Juice box is the worst
I have lost connection, and tried multiple times to connect, customer service is terrible, they take weeks to respond if over- donโt buy this garbage
Not useable
The old app worked great. The new two-app system is terrible overall, not least because the config app doesnโt work! App crashes every time itโs supposed to connect to the charger. With these apps, the juice box chargers are turned into dumb chargers since you can neither access nor customize your charger. Get a simple charger and use your car settings to schedule charging. Hopefully this app gets fixed, but difficult to recommend it or by extension the chargers.

What a time waster. Makes me sorry I even bought the JuiceBox charger.
App update broke charger
Somehow the app managed to break my charger, the program is horrible and itโs ridiculous it needs two apps to setup one charger

Canโt get to configure. Sorry I bought a juicebox! I donโt know how cat and driver could have claimed juicebox s the best charger. Guess they didnโt try to set up time charging.

It connects and then drops over and over again. The system is terrible.
