WORST APP EVER!!!

Do not download! I have tried canceling this subscription for a month and they repeatedly kept trying to bill me. I purposely keep one of my cards at a low amount so every week this app tried to take money from my account until there was enough. Their customer support is awful and kept my subscription active until they got paid even though I’ve sent 4+ emails for them to cancel. Terrible terrible terrible app!!!

Crap

Charged me for a subscription I didn’t apply for, and I can’t find how to cancel it. It’s not under my Apple subscriptions.

Please don't fall for this scam!

Look at all of the reviews before you download this. There are only negative reviews and only one positive review from "fit lover 123" on March 4th, who also happened to also comment positively on the other galaxyline apps on the same day, and is the only positive review on those apps as well. It's a joke.

It's a scam, and please don't fall for it.

Misleading

I have downloaded the app so I can read an article, there was an initial charge of £1 and 7 day’s later they’ve took £66.54 from my account, without any notice or receipt. Since then I keep writing to their customer service team, trying to get my money back!

Stole my money

They subscribed me without knowledge and stole £65 from my account.

They also won’t refund.

Refund

I have emailed the company for an email but haven’t received dont use this app as they have took my money without my knowledge despite cancelling the free trial. Total scam.
