At first when I downloaded the app, It was easy for me to log in & access my messages and all, without having any issues with the screen loading. But recently, whenever I want to go on the app to look at any messages I received, the screen just shows a lamp & I have to wait a really long time for the screen to load. This causes me to uninstall & reinstall this app. This is like the 5th time I had to uninstall & reinstall the app.. Can you try and look into this please because this is a major problem.
