This app is very convenient and makes access simple. Unfortunately, the button to "edit" an access or "delete" an access do not work.darkangelki
This app barely works
I can’t seem to get a lot out of the app and I agree with the other review on here.TAO SEK
Needs improvement
While the app can generate a QR code for a visitor, it does not allow you to do much else. There’s no “about” setting to allow you to see the version you updated
The tutorial is stuck (and is not much of a tutorial),
There’s no map of the properties
There’s no mention of the many restaurants and public areas available to the residents

This app shows a lot of promise, but a few more simple but highly effective features would make it great!
1. Enable copy and paste feature.
You have to manually enter each item (name, email, license plate, car make and model info) manually.
There are a lot of retirees who live at the Bahia Residences and this makes it very time consuming, difficult to manage and leaves room for error needing to start the process all over again.
Please fix! This is a key feature.
2. Add help feature.
I’m writing the review here as the app does not give me a place to message Bahia for assistance. Even an inbox would be useful.
3. Add a live map.
Bahia properties are beautiful and massive! A live map would help residents find their way.
4. Add Wellness center class booking.
This would encourage users to attend, increase engagement and eliminate administration for the Wellness Centre staff.
5. Add restaurant and activity reservations booking feature.
This would increase attendance and revenue for Bahia. Many residents aren’t aware of the many benefits of living at Bahia. Even a listing with phone numbers would be amazing.
6. Add special offers at Bahia section
This would be a good way to promote offers for residents of TAO and their guests.
I hope someone reads this and takes action.
