Total joke
No way to sign in through app. Then it locks up at Authentication screen. Paying $1800 a month for a insurance I can’t use until I pay 4K out of pocket and they don’t even bother building a working app. Moving to CanadaGarbage App
This problem with this app is that it doesn’t allow you to use any of it before crashing. Insurance is already complicated enough, but not having a tool to use when you need it makes it even worse. Please fix the app so it functions in a way people can use it.Can’t even get past the login page
My email and password are correct but it’s saying my information is wrong. Pretty useless.One of the worst
1. You can’t sign up through the app, have to create an account on website
2. App is asking for authentication every 15 seconds- minor nuisance
3. App “forgets” what you were doing almost every time it authenticates
4. Claim submission claims (no pun intended) to be able to use the camera, but it is a lie
5. Claim submission doesn’t know how to format pictures to fit its “field of view”
6. Claim submission locks up and just hangs there with the blank screen. After that supposedly claim maybe is sent without the attachment (website shows some “messages” w/o attachment
The only functioning features so far seems to be ID card and request for physical ID card (hopefully).
I think developers should be sent to answer customer support calls as punishment for shady work. Maybe it would teach them to do better job.Show lessThe worst app and insurance
My place of employment, which also happens to be in the healthcare field, uses this insurance. It is the worst insurance with the worst app. Enjoy!Very unsure
I made a log in only a few days ago but now when trying to log in to the app or even on desktop it says it doesn’t recognize any of my emails or even my employee id as being in the system.Horrible App
App is terrible. Logging in is a nightmare, takes forever to load. FaceID doesn’t work properly, locks you out and makes you reset your password.
