Hi there!!! We would appreciate you reaching out directly to us to assist you in getting your member app working again. It was an issue that was released through the iOS 17 update that affected our PT Mate software. Please open your settings app in your iOS device, open the General tab then set your Date and Time to 24 hour time. Once you do this you will be able to access your member app again. Again this has nothing to do with the PT Mate software however has affected us and we are waiting for Apple to correct it for us. If you would like more assistance please reach out directly at help@ptmate.net
