Bad app ever
This app is so bad, I can’t open and update anything. Every time when I want to use this app it’s just a blank page and still reloading that never end. I have to deleted the app and then downloaded it again and again. I miss Uniform teeth app.
App constantly crashes
The app is always crashing and it took someone 2 weeks to respond to my in-app chat. The uniform teeth app and service was light years ahead of this
A working app updated to a useless app
Some months ago the interface completely changed and at that time, the app basically stopped working completely. 9 times out of 10, I can only see a white street with rotating loading symbol. The UX is awful too, with the progress information hidden in a different page with a much less understandable format. Also, no one answers my chat messages rapidly anymore. Before I could get an answer within a day. Now I wait for sometimes up to a week. Miserable experience. Terrible app. For a company that functions 90% over the app, this is a disgrace.

No star! The app doesn’t work.
It is stuck on loading. I uninstalled and reinstalled but it still doesn’t work.
How to take photos?
I was told to take weekly photos using the app, but the interface is empty. I only see the buttons for tutorial, profile, and call us.
RUN FAR AWAY from the app and the service
Very poor app. Why go from the uniform teeth app to this TRASH? Hard to contact people unless it’s by phone. Would have recommended uniform teeth DO NOT recommend impress. Since the switch every thing they have done has been awful. Sad honestly.

Where are the features?
I downloaded the app but the interface is completely blank. I can click on my name but there are no other buttons except for “tutorials”. There is no chat button just my name which allows me to look at my profile.

Crashing and Buggy
The app crashes everytime I try to take photos. Useless for what it is designed for.
