I highly recommend this App if you are new to working out or have been working out for a long time. The exercises are great and challenging. There is a video to watch before doing each exercise that I loved. The App gives you a great routing of exercises that you can work out at home or the gym.
I have done two group challenges of Lexi’s and she is awesome to work with. Lexi is very responsive when you reach out to her and cares about her clients.
