Poor business practices
This pharmacy uses misleading advertising and poor business practices. Multiple poor reviews across platforms. Can’t even enter a delivery address into the app - being on online platform that delivers this would seem to be a significant issue. Their same day delivery service is only for half the day.Show lessPoorly designed
This service seemed like a good idea but major functionality in the app is broken making it unusable. Currently broken is the ability to enter a shipping address and the current medication list is unusable. There is also no tracking for doctor faxed in orders that I need to call to get filled.I was gonna leave it…..until you spam called me
I’ve never dealt with a less professional business in my entire life and I’ve worked for illegal cannabis companies. If I could rate them a -5 stars I would.
They lost my first package, didn’t give me any tracking info for either package they sent me, spam called me during work hours because I complained, didn’t tell me when my medication had arrived the day before, talked down to me multiple times, blamed me multiple times for not receiving my package when UPS didn’t do their job, I had two pharmacist staff “helping” me neither of which communicated to each other so after receiving my medication finally I had a call confirming my address to RESEND THE MEDICATION (for a third time) - all over the TWO WEEKS that it took for my prescription to be delivered (they advertise same/next day delivery).When I did get my hands on the beaten and crumpled package it was sealed with a single strip of scotch tape?
The app is trash, it doesn’t even update tracking info a week later and there are spelling mistakes a toddler could’ve caught in the push notifications.
Genuinely will be recommending that no one uses this terrible pharmacy.Show lessDeveloper Response
