Needs improvement but still nice app
This is definitely my favorite of all the QR enabled reptile tracking apps I’ve tried out so far. I really like the app overall but it is really buggy. Either the feeding notifications is broken or it doesn’t work the way I want it to. Ideally I want to be able to input how often a snake should be fed and get reminders on feeding days. Even better would be a view that allowed me to see upcoming feeding days so I could plan ahead. There currently is no feeding reminder feature for this app (or it’s broken). Not sure how much this app is supported, I submitted some support tickets (which is really easy to do through the web app) but never received a response on any of them.Show lessMaddie4284

This is definitely another level. Learning curve is a hit steep but once you realize you can customize menus and remove features, it tailors to your needs. That review that said too complex? Watch the help videos and read a bit. Maybe pen and paper is more suited to you. Super glad I tried this...and happy it will expand as my business does!!Show lessAsh199402

The interface is accessible and beautifully designed IMHO. Looking forward to adding to my collection in the future and upgrading.
Hopefully the developers keep up the great work and fingers crossed find a way to link up with Morph Market for seamlessly syncing Reptile purchases, genetics, and other important information directly to the software.

Absolutely Fantastic!!!
I’ve waited over a DECADE for someone to do this right.. this is it! As complex or as simple as you’d like. Very customizable, user friendly and extremely easy to use. QR code’s for individual animals or for entire racks. Feedings, sheds, weights, Pairings, locks, follicle sizing, ovulations, eggs, incubation, hatchlings, clutches... on and on, it absolutely easily tracks everything, as much or as little as you’d like, even entirely custom actions. Pictures, feeders, costs, etc etc etc. this is an absolute game changer. Well done!!!Show lessanyname132112
Cool Concept But...
I have been looking for something like this app for a long time. But the user interface is not user friendly, the app is very complex, and there are parts of it that don’t work properly. I would love to give it another shot if the user compatibility improves.bralexis90

Hello! Thanks for the feedback. As a professional platform, there certainly is alot to take in. We agree! The iOS app is really intended as a Companion app to the web platform. Although you CAN do everything in the app, that you can do on the web platform, we recommend seting up and complex management from a desktop. The app should mostly be used for scanning QR codes, and checking information. The true power lies in the desktop. We make changes and updates daily, and we hope that you decide to try it again. Smaller collections that require basic features may actually benefit from one of the other amazing apps available. If you do in fact need breeding plan management, feeder management, SMS notifications about thermostat state, SensorPush notifications, custom activities, rack management, cage systems, group management, custom genetic tables, multi-user capability and the ability to manage more than just reptiles - check out our help files, or even contact our full time dedicated support team to help you work through any issues you have.
