No Help Available
I was enjoying this game when I began, but I don’t understand several key actions, like why I can build ships but do nothing with them, or why when the market ship sails, it says I can get 2,000+ gold profit but when the ship comes back, it brings back literally zero profit. There isn’t a help function available in the game, and I submitted a help request but never got a response. So I’m on my own with a game that I see no way to make progress in. It’s such a shame, because it seems like a fun game. If only they offered a support team like the other good games do, I would continue playing.Show lessRandomChronicler

Bugs in quests
Reached a point where I can’t get any new quests. I am stuck on one to add roads, but it can’t seem to recognize when it is done.RomanticCynic
Oh Dear
Was enjoying this game , but oh dear I can go no further I have two tasks that are the same and can’t be completed. No matter how many brick roads you build they don’t count up. This seems to be a “feature” as it has been mentioned a number of times and not fixedLongview Gamer
Privacy policy seems invasive
Didn’t even play the game after reading the privacy policy. Here’s a copy and paste of the privacy policy that most don’t read. Seems like they delve a little too far into your data.
“Additional data received when you access the Services, including information regarding […] your installed apps, type of browser, your Internet provider and/or phone network operator, network type, screen resolution, RAM size and your browsing behavior.”
Really throws me off why they would need to know what apps I have installed and my browsing behaviour… what even are they referring to when they mention browsing behaviour. This all has nothing to do with the game and why it should be collected is beyond me.Show lessPatryk.kwiat

While the graphics in this game are really good and game play is interesting it takes Forever to get enough cash to do anything unless you invest real life cash . Expanding to adjoining area’s very expensive. Also game is a little hard to navigate . Also buildings upgrades are very expensive.CharN57
Bugs in the game hamper enjoyment
There are several bugs in the games. Some achievements don’t work some don’t make sense as they are there for previous or future version. Some quests can no be completed once you get to certain stage you are unable to proceed as both quests are unachievable. For example the quest is to build 10 brick road segments. However when you build 10 segments quest count still shows 0 segments. Those issues make the game much less enjoyable.Show lessCasual Gamer 8373
