Point system doesn’t work
The free drink points I had just turned into a “token” which didn’t let me get a free drink even though I hadn’t used them.
Also friend referral should have given 500 points but I never received them.
I’ve used the app a lot and continue to use it since there’s no other way to order ahead at my favorite coffee shop, but I’m really upset about the fact that my points are just being thrown away…Show lessLila2736
Garbage. Dear Coffee shops, if you like your customers don’t use this service.
If my local coffee shop didn’t use this app it would be off my phone immediately. Rarely works well. Important buttons are often hidden behind pop ups that you can’t close. Currently it won’t let me sign in. Which means no matter what I do, I cannot order anything because it forces a login, but when tapping the submit button it doesnt do anything. That is one of the many issues I have daily. Worst of all, when the app doesn’t work and you reach out to the support, they make the coffee shop refund you, which it wasn’t their fault, it was the app. Find some other service for ordering ahead. Convenient and Amazing!
Love the ease of use with RDY. I am often with my pup on a walk when the need for caffeine strikes. I am able to dip in, grab my latte and be gone in a flash by using RDY!Showbiz101
