Did not give me my free wash!
Painful user experience
Too difficult to use to wash. Much worse to modify stored credit cards. Can’t delete cards. Can’t easily pay with a new card if old card expires. Just not a well maintained app.
Garbage
Why is it so difficult to find how to discontinue the monthly membership?
Good app, easy to use.
I’d give it 5 stars if they would disable the voice/speech. It doesn’t add anything and messes with calls/music on Apple CarPlay.
Don’t Use The App
Went to get a car wash using the app today at Cedar Hill location and it did not work; plus got charged for it. I sent an e-mail to the company and hoping they would give a credit for not washing my car. Plus the employees are no help when it came to this matter.
Receipt or No Thank You
I like the app since it is almost a hands free app until the end. You have to touch the screen when it ask at the end receipt or no thank you.
