  • App doesn’t work for booking

    I downloaded this app to make a booking. I went through all the process and for to the page where you have to pay via credit card and you are forwarded to the processor. After entering the card details it comes back as card issuer problem. I used 4 different bank cards and the same issue. I called the banks and they said that no charge was being presented for them to refuse. I then spoke with someone on their technical department and after much trying basically said that it looks like it only accepts cards from within Pakistan and I should call a friend and have them book it. The bad thing is that their online website also has the same issue.

  • Payment Declined

    One of the worst app i have used. Keep declining my payment i spoke to my bank they said we are not blocking the payment. Ring direct to PC Lahore they couldn’t help me at all. So i have to go through Booking.com.
  • Account registration

    Dear Developer there is issues when I was making account my first name spelling is wrong typed I can’t correct it ?

  • Worst Hotel App ever

    I mean I understand Pakistan is new when it come to digital transactions and e-commerce but a hotel group of PC hotel stature could have spend more money into developing an app that actually works. First thing you need to sign up which is fine and the process works fine until then. When you try logging in there where the problem starts as the app continuously pops up message that the password doesn’t match. Naturally you just go with changing the password. To my shock the characters you enter as your new password is entirely visible all the time. Anyways you change your password and go back to sign in and you guessed it right the same message pops up that password doesn’t match!!!!
    Deleted the App without giving it a second thought.
