I requested a refund and was told it wasn’t possible, waiting to speak to a manager. They told me that this app cannot be accessed on any mobile or tablet device that it is ONLY available on desktop or laptop computers. So frustrating and disappointing and a waste of our time and energy. They should be clear about that then on the website and this app has no reason to exist if it doesn’t work at all and the company is aware that it doesn’t work. Why are you telling us that you are working to fix it, just tell us it doesn’t work and we won’t spend time trying to download and make it work….

Hi katey_p, thanks for your feedback, highly appreciated. We had a bug earlier that sometimes prevented the score from being uploaded. We have fixed this bug and made other improvements since you wrote your review. I would highly recommend to try the updated version of the app. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
