It may have been during a busy time with new users so you weren't seeing as many wins, but we can assure and promise that any valid wins will have be paid out! It gets people involved with binning litter with the chance of winning £5, and it has really helped me to start binning rubbish and is even better when I get a prize! There’s no reason as to why you shouldn’t give LitterLotto a go :D

Edit: won’t even let me log on now. Been pressing log in multiple times and nothing. Pressed it and waited four minutes. Nothing. I honestly don’t think this app is fit for purpose!! Who is coding this junk?!?

Good to see McDonald’s backing it as there is so much McDonald’s packaging littered everywhere, I’m glad they are taking some accountability by backing schemes such as this.

Glad that the ‘claim your prize’ is now working (thanks to an app update).
The app improvement I would like to see would be a way to clearly see which money you have claimed (and banked) and which is still to claim as at the moment there is no separation of this. (Could just be a simple colour change?)

Great app but improvements needed
Works well but when it says you’ve won a prize to needs to tell you what the prize is and then show that a claim is in progress. Also the app needs to email you to confirm you’ve made claim as at the moment it just drops into a bit of a black hole until the money arrives in your back account.
Would recommend to everyone to do.
Like the idea of a local leader board that another reviewer made.
