Love it!

I’ve been playing this game for a week and I love it. However, the tasks aren’t quite as easy to understand (yet) as in Hidden City, which I’ve enjoyed for a few years now.

Lost Energy

I’ve enjoyed the game until today. I’m at level 93 and, for no apparent reason, my maximum energy level was cut from 595 to 360. I’ve submitted the issue to G5; no response yet what with the holiday. Still, bad form to cut my energy with no explanation! And I’ve spent actual money on this game!

UPDATE: Since I wrote my original review, I’ve discovered that: 1) banishing monsters gives half the energy it did before; 2) level increases come with energy increase of only 2 instead of 5; 3) it still requires the same amount of energy even with the energy decrease I already mentioned. I’m probably just going to delete the app and look for something else from a different developer.

Pretty Good

Another nice G5 hidden object title. I like that you can play this one pretty much as long as you want by switching back & forth between the two “modes.”

Overview

I agree with a lot of the comments in the reviews. Some objects are so small they are very hard to find in the time allowed. My particular gripe, at the moment, is with the game centred on the ‘Tavern’. To complete a ‘set’ I need one more drum and I have played the scene 27 times without getting one. I understand that some pieces are harder to find than others but that is ridiculous. Also I need one more piece to be able to unlock the observatory. When I click on search it sends me to the ‘other world’ and then tells me to go back again but doesn’t offer a scene to do to get the piece. Overall I am of a mind to cut my losses and delete this game.

Objects Hard To Find

I deleted this game as so frustrating. I play Hidden City and Sherlock. This is not up to their standard. The match 3 is too difficult and the objects in silhouette are impossible. A game that cannot spell silhouette properly says it all.

Better than hidden city!
Everything is bigger and easier to see the story line so far is exciting

Ripoff

This game starts off really fun then quickly goes to impossible. It’s just a way to grab your money. It sets up games that are impossible to win without a large monetary investment in tools. Not up to G5 standards.

Jewel 😵‍💫

Items too hard to find and this became frustrating instead of fun. Constantly being asked to buy stuff to progress is annoying and hate the jewel match parts of the game which sadly you can’t avoid. Game makers stop adding the “ jewel “ match into games! They are mind numbing and tedious.
