It’s been about a week since I tried uploading my ID Photo, and yet it’s still not there. I tried changing it again today to see if that would work. It didn’t. Need help to set it up so I can use my ID.Isabella Abello

logging in issues?
anytime i close the app and log in, it keeps telling me that my student account is already assigned ? when i’m just trying to log into the assigned account? it doesn’t make sense, and when i log in correctly, it doesn’t budge and continues to stay on the login screen.kassianaa
Can’t login
Everytime i try to log in it gives me the error “ Your mobile device is already registered to 360u, please contact your campus administrator to reset your device ID.” Theres apparently no fix to this other than factory resetting your phoneBails004

Doesn’t work
Horrible app. Doesn’t work half the time. It’s so annoying because you have to sign in every time you use it. But when you go to sign in, it says device was already registered then crashes.Dr.PepperQueen
