When submitting a test
This app worked one time for a test. After that I can take the test, but it will not allow submittal of the test. It even will not let you exit the test once started. Only a pop up window appears with the message “something went wrong”. This needs to be fixed!No Sound

The app for Relias is great. Definitely enjoy how user friendly the app is. However, the main problem that I have is with the tests after each training. On the actual website, regardless if you didn’t pass a test, it’ll go over each question that you got right and wrong. On the app itself, there isn’t a way to go over any of the questions.Time wasting
Too many endless loops and difficult to get access to exams; even after you have completed reading the course. Also the content needs to be available in more than just English and Spanish. I am a nurse, I do not have time to waste in poorly designed software. It detracts from time spent on patient care. Roll-out was non-existent, everyone was just assumed to be able to navigate this poorly constructed website. I have employees of every imaginable education level, many employees with dyslexia or other learning disabilities, and many employees from all over the world.Barely works
