Додайте, будь ласка, можливість пінгувати статус заявки, можна зробити цю можливість раз на 3 дні при умові що вказаний дедлайн минув.

Зараз якщо заявка зависає, необхідно писати нову заявку


Також було б, добре мати можливість додавати коментар в заявку, навіть якщо робота над нею вже ведеться

Швидко вирішили проблему

Звернулась щодо аварії де ЖЕД та Київводоканал не могли між собою розібратись хто має нею займатися. На наступний день після звернення вже вирішили і заворушилися, ще через день все було зремонтовано. Дуже дякую.
